Postage & Packaging Costs
You are asked to select the delivery destination at the checkout. Selecting the wrong destination will result in a delay whilst the correct postage costs are applied. Postage costs are calculated on weight. Orders to the UK over £30.00 are postage free, sent Tracked 48.
Please be aware, we pack all parcels so they arrive to you in pristine condition. Before the weight of your goodies, the weight of the packaging and packing needs to be taken into account.
Peel offs can be sent by Letter post, however there is no tracking details for a letter and we cannot be held responsible for delivery. If you want a tracked service, please choose Tracked 24 or 48 at the checkout.
At the checkout you can choose between Tracked 24 or Tracked 48.

If purchasing from the EU, please be aware that import duty will have to be paid by the customer.
If payment is received by 12pm, parcels are normally dispatched the same day. If there is a delay you will be notified by email.
Please allow 2-3 working days for delivery for the UK and 10-15 days for overseas.

Returns and refunds
We are unable to accept returns on decoupage sheets as they are delicate and cannot be resold.

All purchases come with a 14 day guarantee from receipt of goods. If you’re not happy with your purchase, return the goods in their original condition for a full refund. Return postage is non refundable unless item is faulty.
Return postage for faulty goods will be refunded at the cheapest postage rate. It is the buyers responsibility to obtain a proof of postage when returning goods.
Goods that are faulty or damaged will be refunded or replaced upon receipt (including postage costs).
